We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Tony, Mike, and Tina took the time to meet with us, understand our vision, and offered thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the planning process. We really appreciated being able to walk through the nursery together to select the plants—it made the entire experience feel collaborative and personalized. When the installation crew arrived, they were punctual, communicative, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to the details. They installed a beautiful stone walkway from our garage to the patio, along with a stepping stone pathway connecting our lower patio to the upper deck. They also removed a dead tree and two mature viburnums, replaced a dead tree, and installed all of our new landscaping exactly as planned. The finished project exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about creating a landscape we'd love for years to come. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping services and a great customer experience! We'll be using them again! Thank you so much Pinecrest Team!

So I went there on Saturday May 9th to look for a snow fountain cherry tree. I found 2 I didn't see a price for the tree. I go in ask what the price is they tell me 249.00. I go home I prep the ground plant the tree i take the tags off find one with a price of 179.00. I go back i ask a legitimate question wasn't rude at all and was told that's the price they paid, we should probably take them off. So I'll post the pic of my receipt and the 2 tags you make your own assumption. However, I will not be returning.

**Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.** If I could give zero stars, I would. We had three trees installed by this company, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. One of the trees is noticeably leaning, and shockingly, none of the wire baskets were removed before planting. These baskets are now sticking several inches out of the ground—creating both a safety hazard for children and anyone doing yard work, and a long-term threat to the health of the trees. When I went to the store to raise these concerns, I was met with complete indifference. They refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution, simply because the tree wasn’t dead and had passed the one-year warranty period. This is despite the fact that I flagged the issue *before* the warranty expired and shared a certified arborist’s assessment stating the trees were improperly planted. Even with clear evidence, they refused to address the problem or offer any form of resolution. This kind of negligence and unwillingness to stand behind their work is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services—look elsewhere if you want quality work and respon

Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.

My first visit. Was looking for some Lantana but they did not have the single plants. On the way out, I noticed a nice selection of Hosta plants. The were 2 gallon sized and looked very healthy. They were priced lower than the big box stores for the same size. I purchased two. I will purchase more soon.
